Thapediso Pace More is the founder of PACEMORE Productions that focuses on Graphic Design and Digital Photography. Pace More has diverse experience in Graphic Design and Photography field, as a former camera and lighting operator with the Department of Broadcasting services under Botswana Television and NewLook Studios (Signed International season 2). Born and raised in Botswana, Pace More is a University Lecturer at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology Sierra Leone under the faculty of Design and Innovation: Graphic Design, Creative Studies, Fundamentals of Design, Principles of advertising and Digital Photography. 
Pace More is the first and so far the only lady to be a Football analyst on Botswana Television; analyzing live Local Premier league games and Top8 tournament. She is a former player at Township Rollers (Botswana’s most decorated football outfit) and Prisons VI Ladies Football teams, a Gold medalist for the annual Coca Cola Ladies Football Tournament.
She has an experience of directing ceremony as she was picked among the best to direct a friendly game between Township Rollers FC (Botswana) and Platinum Stars FC (South Africa) for International Working Group on Women and Sports – HeForShe target 20 000 campaign as well as big games in the local football arena.
A go getter herself and always willing to stand up, Pace More recently accompanied the High Commissioner of Botswana to ECOWAS His Excellency Pule Mphothwe and his Deputy Mpho Mogobe at the Presentations of Letters of Credentials to the President of The Republic of Sierra Leone His Excellency Julius Maada Bio.
